My friend and I always go on bike rides now. Although, I would love it more if it wasn't THAT hot out. These bike rides include deep, heart felt conversations and lots of laughter. We do a summer route that is now known in our neighborhood and we are starting to go to Pheasent Hills as well. Without these bike rides, I would probably have no idea what is happening with her life at the moment. We're best friends and it's something else we can do together, besides play Pacman in the dark in my basement. I always love getting the text "Let's ride!".

Curse You Weather!
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy summer. I like it when it's warm out. 60s and 70s, I enjoy it. But, when it climbs up to 80 and above... It is too much. 80 is my limit. When it gets up there, I am just pure miserable. That's why I like fall a lot more than summer. Fall is my favorite season! You can walk around without a sweatshirt on and just jeans. But, in 80 degree weather, jeans got quite uncomfortable. (I'm more of a jean picture if you didn't figure it out yet) I don't enjoy wearing shorts. So, you guys can spend your days outside sweating your pants off, while I go to Canada for the summer... HAHA! I wish...

I'm Funny?
I'm in advanced theatre and we just did a long form improv show. I thought I was going to do terribly because I'm not that good at it. I got off the stage when it was finished and people said I was actually funny! I felt sooooo great! Some people I don't even talked to said I was! And, one person said I was just like one of the guys who performed in the other group, a person I really look up to. My self esteem boosted a lot after tonight about theatre. I can be funny on and off the stage.

Tha Day After
Yesterday I came to school thinking about just Davy Jones. Before I left my house, a Monkee song came on the radio. That got me in a sad mood. I came to school wearing a Monkee shirt, in memory of him. One person commented on it. One. I'm so upset that people now a days don't think about the old times and the people in them. Not even teachers commented on it. When I came home, I belted out Daydream Believer and other Monkee songs. I also put on my Mike Nesmith hat as well. I'm going to be wearing that for quite awhile now.

Davy Jones
Davy Jones, one of the members on The Monkees died on February 29. I was in tears. My friend told me because someone had posted it Facebook. I was at my friends house before going to a bowling tournament. She announced that he died and I didn't believe it at first. I said "I'm going to cry!" I read the post and there it was... Davy Jones dies at 66. I was bawling. I went in the bathroom and cried for about 20 minutes. I called my mom and she already knew. My whole family knew. He died in the morning. I had to bowl and everyone knew I was upset. It was just a rough day. I love you Davy Jones. I'll miss you.
